We often use the term "Lost in your thoughts". Have you ever been so lost that you create your own predetermined ending to a situation or life in general? Our thoughts are the beginning and end of everything. We can make or break our own success by what we allow ourselves to think on. I heard someone say that you should only give a negative thought about 15 seconds to live in your mind. If it dwells past 15 seconds, you've allowed it enough time to invite a few friends. Before you know it your lost in a mind full of negative toxic thinking.
We all naturally have different reactions to all types of situations. Its okay to feel how ever you need to feel about things that occur in your life. The vital thing is knowing what to do after the feelings subside and your faced with your thoughts.
The direction you lead your own thoughts will determine everything. positive energy comes from disciplined thoughts. Knowing how to take control of your wondering mind is what will allow you to maintain and navigate through the worst of times.
