Strong professional relationships create loyalty; attracts important resources and increase reputation to build even more effective relationships.
Taking ownerships of your success means being accountable for your actions, behaviors, efforts, outcomes, relationships, etc. Accountabillity allows you to learn from your mistakes which can lead to better dececsion making. Holdng yourself accountable can also increase the amount of effort, attention and care exerted.
Doing anything with excellence translates to superior quality. Contributing your best efforts pushes you to peak performance resulting in the best outcomes. Acting with excellence in mind ensures achievement of desired results to reach the success. Effort is a reflection of you, your work and brand.

Purpose gives direction. When you know where you going, who you want to help, what you want to create, you gain acute focus.
Knowing or developing understanding of your purpose fuels your motivation with Passion.

Establishing meaning in life adds to our longevity. Researchers attribute longer lifespan to finding a direction in life and setting goals related to it.
Eating better and exercise has more meaning because you need your body to perform your tasks and meet your goals.
People with high sense of purpose in life has a lower their risk of stroke, are more likely to get health screenings and spend less time in the hospital.
Purpose contributes to the development of more meaningful relationships. It becomes easier to let go of toxic relationships that do not support your purpose.
Driving on purpose helps people recover from depression, bad habits including drug addiction. Purpose can be your antidote, your motivation, your connection to people and your strength.

The foundational elements are linked together by having a definite purpose. Purpose is related to desire and desire is the root of success. Living your life with energy and passion drives you to succeed. Satisfying the three bottom layers promotes motivation. Motivation is the engine that drives us and will carry us to accomplishing goals. Finding your purpose through your passions multiplies the different channels of motivation you can have.

Financial.
Just like we brush our teeth every morning we need to be checking our finances or have a grasp on our financial situation. This impacts our credit, the ability to invest in ourselves, and over all security. Many of us are consistently worrying about bills and money because we do not properly manage it.
Goal Management.
You believe what you tell yourself. Our thoughts mixed with emotions become magnetic forces that attract other similar thoughts and practices. Training our subconscious and developing conducive habits penetrates every other ladder for success. Habits create persistency that leads you on roads of success or laziness. Understanding habits helps become successful in other foundational elements.

Personal Development
When your foundation is set you are now able to start fueling your engine of success. Personal development brings you happiness because you are developing, cultivating and learning towards things you are either passionate about or living out your purpose. Your foundation prepares you to organize the knowledge you obtain on your road to success.

Life long learning and keeping up to date with trends, skills, technologies and other characteristics of your field. Finding professional credentials and other academic degree's to formal coursework, attending conferences and informal learning practices situated in practice .
Self-actualization involves a strong sense of purpose and self-awareness as well as the imperative that one's basic needs are met, it can be a challenging goal to reach. However, people who do self-actualize at some point in life may be able to retain access to this level because they have learned the necessary skills to achieve fulfillment.
